Perfectly located just minutes from Bear Mountain Ski Resort, Big Bear Alpine Zoo and Bear Mountain Golf Course, this peaceful hideaway offers the ideal blend of rustic charm and modern comfort for families, couples, or friends seeking adventure and relaxation.

Inside, you’ll find two cozy bedrooms and a spacious living room with vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, large windows that flood the space with natural light and on those occasional hot summer days where you need a little extra to cool off,The Refugio has Air Conditioning! The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, to bring out the chef in anyone.

Step outside to a private oasis surrounded by towering pines. The large outdoor area includes two firepits for roasting s’mores under the stars, a children’s play set to keep little ones entertained, and a private hot tub where you can soak while taking in stunning mountain views. The Refugio is only a 10 minute walk to Bear Mountain Ski Resort as well as a free shuttle to get you where you want to go. Whether you're hitting the nearby slopes, hiking local trails, or simply unwinding in nature, this woodland retreat offers the perfect mountain getaway.
