Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and well managed stay in Big Bear!
We had an amazing stay! The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and had a very homey feel that made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. Freddy in customer service was excellent, every question we had was answered very quickly through text, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Everything was exactly as described, and the cabin was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy Big Bear. We had such a great experience that we're already talking about coming back in the next month or two.
