Welcome to Silvertip Pines! Your group will absolutely love your vacation stay here at our relaxing and modern hillside retreat, freshly furnished from head to toe with your experience in mind and packed with all that you need to relax and unwind under soaring pine trees and millions of stars anytime of the year. Centrally located in a quiet forested neighborhood you have the best of Big Bear within a short ten minute drive from your cabin including local marinas, village shops, and ski resorts.

Enter the cozy lower level where you are greeted with hardwood floors, wood beamed ceilings, and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and forested views of the treetops below. You will love snuggling up here on the couch together as you warm your toes in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace and pop on your favorite movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet supplied for your convenience. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.) The cute guest bedroom and bathroom are easily accessible here on the entry level along with a washer and dryer for those wet snow clothes or extended visits to the mountains. 

Head upstairs to find two additional sleeping quarters and an added bathroom for your party, each room is made up for your arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for your vacation stay. Venture out to the great outdoors to enjoy relaxing sun decks and a propane firepit and BBQ where you can warm up on a chilly evening as you grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake under soaring pine trees. Awesome Stay!
Thank you SO much for opening up your home for our family stay! This cabin had everything we were looking for and more. The time spent together enjoying tubing and sledding in the backyard - the bonus storm we got made it such a beautiful winter wonderland, totally magical for our San Diego raised kiddos. The cozy fireplace and ample space was so fun to relax, enjoy and connect! Thank you again!

Just perfect
Had the most amazing stay at this fabulous cabin! The cabin itself is cozy but spacious, has the best outdoor deck, and is extremely accessible to the main drag of “downtown” Big Bear. All of the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re adventuring or relaxing are there! I would certainly book again!

Amazing weekend
I recently stayed at this cabin with a small group of friends and it was perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway in the mountains. The amenities were all clean and updated but it still felt cozy like a true log cabin. The location was right next to the ski slopes and just an easy drive into the village. I will definitely be coming back here and would recommend it to family and friends.

Everything you need
I stayed at this cozy cabin with a few friends and had an awesome time! The cabin has original wood interior with updated amnesties throughout a spacious back deck surrounded by nature, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. It felt very private but was also only a few minute drive to local restaurants and nearby hikes. We had a great getaway and would definitely stay again!!

Cute cabin, great location for us!
Our family had a great time at this cabin! It's a nice house and neighborhood and walking distance to coffee and breakfast. We also brought our dog and were able to go on hikes nearby. Will return!

Absolutely loved the house for our recent trip! Very cute, vintage A-frame house. Great space for entertaining in the living room. Immaculate back deck , awesome BBQ and a great fire pit set up. Location was perfect for the weekend. 10 minutes to town, 10 minutes to the cute zoo in town, 5 minute drive to the grocery store and a short walk to coffee/breakfast. This spot has everything you need! 10/10 would visit and stay at this house again.

Perfect spot!
I stayed at Big Bear Moonridge Cabin with a few friends and had an awesome time! The cabin has a real old school feel with it's “A” frame and original knotty pine interior, while still having all of the modern amenities you could hope for. The back deck is the perfect place to drink coffee in the mornings, play cards in the afternoon, and sit around the fire pit table at night. It was easy to get to The Village and convention center for Oktoberfest with the local taxi service. There are so many great places to eat and drink nearby, we were very pleasantly surprised! The cabin is also super close to the golf course, Bear Mountain, the zoo, the alpine slide, escape rooms, axe throwing bars, hiking, kayaking, and shopping. We had a great stay and can't wait to come back again soon!

Coziest cabin
The coziest quaint beautiful cabin in big bear! It feels like we never left home. The location is a 10/10 near the slopes and less than 10 minutes to town. Appliances are all new and renovated, with flat screen TV's in room and living room above a warm fireplace. The bed is so soft and comfy I didn't want to leave! We will be back thanks!

Great time here!
We had a great time here! A nice break from San Diego with friends. We recommend The Castle Rock Trail & Mineshaft Coaster for some non-winter activities. Hope everyone else that stays here enjoys themself! Thank you for everything!
