Step out to the back deck and you will have a perfect space to reminisce over a cold beverage as hot dogs and hamburgers cook on the private gas grill in the summer air. After a full day of shredding on the slopes nearby, everyone will love gathering in the living room to tell stories about the day's events as the fire crackles and a movie plays on the flatscreen TV.

It's all about location at this getaway, as you will be within minutes of the best attractions in Big Bear Lake. Though you will have everything you need to have the time of your life at your fingertips, venture out and spend a day on the lake sitting just over a mile away. Whether you choose to boat, swim, paddleboard, or simply lounge on the sandy shore, the day will be well-spent in the sunshine.

Come winter, the slopes will be calling your name. Luckily, Snow Summit Ski Resort is a quick half-mile drive away, making for easy access to fresh powder. Not to mention the wide array of shops and restaurants in Big Bear Lake proper will be just the ticket for a night out or day of window shopping.

Very good place to stay.
The rooms and showers were great. Very nice kitchen. The only trouble is garbage disposal, you need to take to a location a few blocks away.

Spacious and clean
We loved the home for our family of 4 and our toddler boys enjoyed the bunk bed so much! Space was fully equipped and clean. It?s a short drive to everything we needed with the boys. I would definitely book again!

Cozy, Roomie Condo
We had three adults and three kids stay here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The two full bathrooms make it so we didn?t run into sharing problems. Everything was very clean and well stocked. The beds were incredibly comfortable. We plan to do a stay here again

This home was really a home. We felt like we were at our own home. It had everything that we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment and utensils. Living room was very spacious and clean along with the bedrooms. Bathrooms had towels, soap and shampoo.

Great family place
We went to Big Bear for Father?s Day and it was the perfect spot for our family of 4. We were within minutes of Big Bear activities, shopping, and food. It was also close to both a convenience store and 2 minutes from a grocery store. The house was clean and welcoming. There were some marks on and damage to the walls, nothing crazy but I did take pics to cover ourselves. Definitely bring seasonings and food storage items, otherwise the kitchen was full of the necessities and a workable size for our little f

The house was in good shape had everything we needed for our family snowboarding trip. We visited on a no so busy time so access wasnt an issue , I could see it get more difficult in peak season being that it is in the access street so snow summit.

Great place !
We really enjoyed our 3 nights in this rental that feels like your home near everything in big bear.
It includes everything you need to feel like vacation with still some amenities like home.
Bottom line much more fun to be in that place that traditional hotel !
