Lakeview Cabin | Lake Views + Walk to Village

Bring the family to Lakeview Cabin at Shore Acres Lodge, a cozy two-bedroom cottage set within a historic two-acre, pine-shaded lakefront property on Big Bear Lake. Accommodating up to seven guests, this inviting retreat combines beautiful lake views, shared direct lake access, family-friendly recreation, and an excellent location within walking distance of local marinas and Big Bear Village.

Originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s, Shore Acres Lodge is a unique collection of twelve mountain-style cabins along the shoreline of Big Bear Lake. Lakeview Cabin gives your family the privacy of its own cottage while providing access to the shared lakefront spaces and recreational amenities throughout this historic Big Bear property.

Inside, the 550-square-foot cabin offers a comfortable setup for families and small groups. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a private three-quarter bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second bedroom provides additional flexibility with another queen bed plus a full/twin bunk, creating sleeping accommodations for up to seven guests.

Step outside and enjoy one of the biggest advantages of staying at Shore Acres—the lake is just steps away. Guests have shared direct access to Big Bear Lake along with a seasonal boat dock and fishing area. During the warmer months, the community swimming pool is available on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day, adding another fun option for summer family getaways.

The spacious grounds provide plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors together. Play horseshoes, volleyball, or outdoor table tennis, let younger guests enjoy the swing set, or gather for an easy meal at the large outdoor BBQ and picnic area. High-speed Wi-Fi and flat-screen streaming TVs add modern convenience, while two pets are welcome with an additional fee so your four-legged family members can join the adventure.

Best of all, Lakeview Cabin places you within walking distance of Big Bear Village and local marinas. Spend the day enjoying the lake, explore nearby shopping and dining, or simply relax among the pines before returning to your private cabin at the end of another Big Bear adventure.

Classy rustic cabins on the lake.
Perfect quintessential vintage Big Bear experience. Classy rustic cabins on the lake. Great for private fishing. Will be back for sure. Thanks again

Great little cabin for my family's weekend visit.
Great little cabin for my family's weekend visit. When we checked in, we noticed the bunk bed ladder was broken. They were very responsive and sent someone to fix it. The indoor fireplace was unavailable due to damage, which was disappointing since it is in the listing. But Big Bear Vacation's were understanding and accommodating.
