Bring the whole crew to Lakeside Cabin at Shore Acres Lodge, a spacious two-bedroom family retreat set within a historic two-acre, pine-shaded lakefront property on Big Bear Lake. Accommodating up to ten guests with two private bathrooms, this group-friendly cabin combines flexible sleeping arrangements with shared direct lake access, summertime pool access, outdoor recreation, and the convenience of having local marinas and Big Bear Village within walking distance.

Originally known as Potters Camp in the early 1900s, Shore Acres Lodge is a unique collection of twelve mountain-style cabins along the shoreline of Big Bear Lake. Lakeside Cabin gives families and groups their own private cottage while providing access to the shared lakefront spaces and recreational amenities found throughout this historic Big Bear property.

Inside, the 817-square-foot cabin makes excellent use of its space with two bedrooms designed to accommodate larger families and groups. Each bedroom features a queen bed plus a full/twin bunk, allowing up to five guests per room. Both bedrooms also include streaming TVs and their own private three-quarter bathrooms, giving each side of the cabin added privacy and convenience when traveling with a larger group.

High-speed Wi-Fi and streaming entertainment make it easy to unwind indoors, while the Shore Acres setting puts some of the best parts of a Big Bear vacation right outside. Guests enjoy shared direct access to Big Bear Lake, along with a seasonal boat dock and fishing area for spending more time by the water.

During summer, the shared community swimming pool is available on weekends from Memorial Day through Labor Day. The lodge grounds also provide plenty of family-friendly recreation, including horseshoes, volleyball, outdoor table tennis, a kids swing set, and a large outdoor BBQ and picnic area. Gather beneath the pines, grill dinner on the provided charcoal BBQ, or simply relax and enjoy the lakefront atmosphere.

Up to two pets are welcome with additional fees, making Lakeside Cabin a convenient choice for families who want to bring their four-legged companions along. With local marinas and Big Bear Village within walking distance, your group can easily enjoy lake activities, restaurants, shopping, and entertainment before returning to your own cabin at Shore Acres.

Rustic and spacious!
We stayed in a lakefront 2 BR & 2BA cabin. It was quiet and gave us easy access to the lake for our kayaks. The management was very attentive. We had a great time, and if we return to Big Bear Lake we will definitely stay there.

Had an amazing time staying here!
Had an amazing time staying here. The view of the lake was incredible. The cabin was super cozy and comfortable. Loved the fireplace and kitchen. Unfortunately, the sheets had not been cleaned and there was dirt and small rocks in the beds. The floors had also not been cleaned and there was dirt and hair under the furniture. They also charge 35 for a 2 hr later check out time which is kinda annoying. That being said we had a great time and would definitely book this cabin again.

Little gem that everyone should experience!
I had an amazing stay, the cabin was so cozy and perfect for our stay. The absolute best part of it was the view waking up every morning and seeing the lake was such a dream; with its big deck facing the lake and a little dock that you can go out on. Big Bear vacation rentals cabin 109 is a little gem that everyone should experience! The cabin is cozy and just right for a family. The staff was also so helpful, and I really appreciated everyone's help! The only issue was the fire alarm just kept going off all the time every time we cooked anything. But I know that's something you guys can fix. Thanks for helping us create such wonderful memories.

Little, cute, and cozy cabin
This was a cute little, old but cozy cabin. The view is beautiful and would most certainly stay another time. Only thing was Nothing to wash dishes with, dish soap yes but no sponge or brush. Only a few glasses available and coffee cups, no coffee or filters. Plates and silverware were sparse. If in fact you would be 10 people at the cabin you would have a problem. With that said, yes we would stay there again. Location is ideal, cabin is clean. Overall very satisfied.
