Four Happy Bears Estate | Mountain Lodge with Hot Tub & Game Room Near Snow Summit

Gather your favorite people for an unforgettable Big Bear getaway at Four Happy Bears Estate, a spacious five-bedroom mountain lodge offering nearly 4,000 square feet of comfort, entertainment, and room to reconnect. Surrounded by towering pines and conveniently located near Snow Summit, Bear Mountain, Big Bear Lake, and The Village, this impressive retreat is ideal for family vacations, reunions, group getaways, and year-round mountain adventures.

Step inside to a warm and inviting living area featuring hardwood floors, comfortable leather seating, large windows, and a wood-burning fireplace perfect for cozy Big Bear evenings. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen offers modern appliances, generous counter space, a dishwasher, and everything your group needs to prepare meals at home. Gather around the spacious dining area and breakfast bar for family dinners, morning coffee, or a relaxed meal before heading out to explore.

Downstairs, the dedicated game room keeps the fun going with a full-size pool table, foosball, ping pong, chess table, comfortable lounge seating, a queen sleeper sofa, and a second wood-burning fireplace. With multiple gathering spaces throughout the home, everyone can spend time together while still having plenty of room to spread out.
Outside, expansive redwood decks and towering pine trees create a peaceful mountain setting. After skiing, hiking, biking, or exploring Big Bear, retreat to the private enclosed spa room and unwind in your own hot tub—the perfect ending to an adventure-filled day.

Five spacious bedrooms provide flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups. The upper-level primary suite features a king bed, Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. A second upstairs bedroom offers another king bed. Downstairs, guests will find a queen and twin bedroom, a family-friendly bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed, twin bed, and Smart TV, plus the Jungle Room with a full bed and private ensuite bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa in the game room provides additional sleeping space.

Four Happy Bears Estate puts you minutes from some of Big Bear’s best year-round attractions. Great customer service!
We were initially sad that our cute cabin lost it's heat early in the evening on Christmas Eve, but the team responded quickly and saved our Christmas. We transferred to this home and transitioned within an hour. We were able to make and serve Christmas Eve dinner without a hitch! Thank you
