Castle Rock Cabin #2 ~ Cozy cabin close to Fisher Cove & Boulder Bay - short drive to skiing

Castle Rock cabin sits upon the hillside and is shaded by beautiful pines. You can grill up some dinner on the deck and enjoy the scenery as you eat. You can cozy up around the wood-burning stove with friends and family in the evening.

Use the well-equipped kitchen (no dishwasher) to whip up something delicious for you and your friends, kick back and relax in the comfortable sofas available while the fireplace is on, or maybe you could use the free Wi-Fi for entertainment. Castle Rock Cabin is a quick walk from hiking at Castle Rock Trail 1W03, with fantastic lake views at the summit.

Recreational activities surrounding this location include hiking, biking, and sightseeing. Boulder Bay Park features kayaking and canoeing 1/2 mile to the east. Snow Summit, about five miles away, has skiing in the winter and also offers spring and summer events. Magic Mountain, approximately two miles away, has year-round entertainment. Shopping, food, and entertainment are in Big Bear Lake Village, three miles away. The Discovery Center in Fawnskin offers day programs and hiking events during the spring and summer. You can also enjoy a fun-filled night of music in the amphitheater under the stars!

Close to the slopes and very cozy Cabin
This place was great! Close to the slopes and very cozy inside. Our stay was great, No tv is a choice (especially for the price) but nevertheless we had everything we really needed. Thanks!

Boulder Bay Big Bear Log Cabin with Character
The cabin was rustic, but had a lot of character. It has a pot belly stove, wooden ice box on display, granite countertops and circular stairs to the loft that sleeps 4. Close to Castle Rock hiking trail and within walking distance to the lake. Owner owns cabin next door so it was great renting both cabins and having the entire fenced-in area to ourselves.

Clean,spacious,amazing
Visited during Halloween weekend and the cabin was amazing. Spiral stairway was a fun addition. Cozy, clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again

Great Cabin

GREAT STAY!
We had a lovely stay at the cabin! The beds were comfortable, lots of space - the kids loved the spiral staircase to the loft! The grill was a great feature and we loved sitting out on the deck. Would definitely stay again

Perfect for a small family/Group!
This by far was the cutest cabin rental so far we have rented in Big Bear!

ONLY two small issues I had, there was NO TV! Yes we all had phones BUT becuase the signal was terrible __ we couldnt even recieve calls/texts/emails( I had work) One of our favorite things to do as a family when we go up to the cabins is watch scary movies at night! We couldnt do this __.

Other than that this cabin was AMAZING, AMAZING VIEW, AMAZING SPACE, AMAZING AMENITIES FOR USE, MY KIDS SAID THIS WAS
