Ideal for families, groups, and retreats, this mountain getaway offers both comfort and convenience in a peaceful setting just steps from year-round outdoor adventure. Situated within walking distance to Summit Resort, guests can easily access the ski lifts in winter and the mountain bike park and hiking trails during warmer months. The Village, grocery stores, and local dining are just a 5-minute drive away, making it easy to enjoy all that Big Bear has to offer.

Inside, the home features a fully stocked kitchen, a welcoming living area, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The game room is a guest favorite, complete with a pool table, bubble hockey, a mini bar, and fridge—perfect for evenings in. A washer and dryer add convenience for longer stays, and garage access is available along with an EV charger (please bring your own cable or adapter).
