5 star Customer Service, 1000% recommended!!
5 Star customer service rating is not nearly enough to provide this company and the team it has they deserve a millions stars. Since day one, they were helpful in every aspect of our stay. We had an issue with a smoke detector and no more than 3 mins they responded and send someone and they took care of it. When we had a question, it did not take them more than 5 mins to respond with an answer or a possible solution via text. In the morning they even reached out if we needed anything due to weather conditions. I know there were probably more people in the concierge side but want to give a shout out to the following people Bianca, Freddy K and Santiago that were every attentive and regarding the safety of our family during the weather conditions. We made safety down the mountain. I would recommend 1000% to book with this company.
