Give back to Big Bear during your cabin stay and earn a free drink while doing it! Climate & Cocktails is one of the most fun and rewarding community events in Big Bear Lake — and it is the perfect way to connect with the local community while making a real difference in the beautiful mountain environment you are enjoying during your visit!

Join Care for Big Bear on select Saturday afternoons to help clean up Big Bear's stunning trails, shoreline, parks, and neighborhoods from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. Then at 3:30 PM kick back at a local Big Bear eatery and enjoy a complimentary cocktail, mocktail, or beverage on the house while mingling with fellow climate heroes! Care for Big Bear covers the cost of one beverage per volunteer who participates in the cleanup — so you clean up the mountains and Big Bear picks up the tab!

This is a rain, snow, or shine event so dress appropriately and come ready to make a difference. All you need to bring is enthusiasm and a love for Big Bear!

• Saturday, April 18 — Cleanup: Rathbun Creek along Moonridge Rd, meet at Elm Street & Catalina Rd | Happy Hour 3:30–5PM at Rewind Collective
• Saturday, May 23 — Cleanup Location TBD | Happy Hour 3:30–5PM at Marina Riviera
• Saturday, June 20 — Cleanup Location TBD | Happy Hour 3:30–5PM at Tiffany's Bistro

Important Details:

• Care for Big Bear covers one beverage per volunteer from 3:30–5PM
• Must participate in the 1–3PM cleanup to receive the free beverage
• All volunteers must sign a Liability Waiver upon arrival
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult
• Valid ID proving 21+ required for alcoholic beverages
